An arbitrary number of time plans can be defined for any event. The timeplan defines, which recipients will be notified at any given point in time.
Time plan configuration
Usage Type | This setting defines the procedure to identify a suitable timeplan: Initalization - when the episode is started, the system checks if any configured timeplan matches. If yes, notifications will be sent out to the recipients defined on that time plan. Shift to nearest - If no matching time plan exists, the time plan which is closest will be selected and the recipients will be notified according to that time plan. |
Name | Name of the time plan |
Channel sequence | Channel sequence which shall be applied for sending notifications. |
Start date | Date when the time plan starts |
Start time | Time when the time plan starts |
End date | Date when the time plan ends |
End time | Time when the time plan ends |
Period | The repetition of the timplan within the start - end timeframe. Further information is provided below. |
Daily | The configuration option "Every/All Day(s)" allows to specify if the timeplan shall be applied every day (1), every second day (2), every third day (3) and so on. |
Weekly | Every/All Weeks - define if the timeplan shall be executed every week (1), every second week (2) and so on. On - select the individual weekday on which the timeplan shall apply |
Monthly | Every/All Month(s) - define if the timeplan shall be executed every month (1), every second month (2) and so on. On - select the individual days of the month on which the timeplan shall apply At - select e.g. every 2nd Monday of the month |
Yearly | Every/All Year(s) - define if the timeplan shall be executed every year (1), every second year (2) and so on. at - select the individual months in which the timeplan shall apply At - select e.g. every 2nd Monday of the month |
Assign Users, Channels, Groups to time plan | Select one or several users / user channels / user groups to be notified if this timeplan applies. Note: only user entities which are defined as recipients for the event can be selected here. |
