If at least one sequence is created, only users which are assigned to a sequence will be notified. Example: If the user list has 100 users, but only one user is assigned to a sequence, only one user will be notified.

Name

Name of the sequence

Type

Type of the sequence:

Default - Sequence which will be used for user notification in case of an alert

On Duty - Sequence which will be used to exchange the active on-duty person (only relevant for groups with type On Duty)

End sequence with N confirmations

As soon as this number of confirmations is received, the sequence will be stopped. No further notifications will be sent for this sequence.

Note: users which already received a notification can still send a reaction to it.

Initial delay

Delay in seconds before the first notification is sent.

Repetition(s):

Number of times the sequence shall be repeated, in case it is not terminated by reaching the defined number of confirmations.

0 means that the sequence will be executed one time

1 means that the sequence will be executed two times (the inital run + 1 repetition)

Add Users or User channels

With the "Add Users or User channels" button, additional recipients can be added to the sequence:

Delay (Sec.)

The delay compared to the previous user / user channel in the sequence.

Note: the delay is calculated from the user / user channel which comes before in the sequence. It is not calculated from the beginning of the sequence.

Silent Mode

If enabled, the push notification is delivered silent (i.e. without sound).

A common use case would be to add first silent push notifications to the sequence, followed by non-silent push notifications. In that case the user will first be notified silently, and if he does not react he will receive push notifications with sound.

Note: this setting is only available for channel type "Push"

Vibration Mode

If enabled, the user will receive push notifications with vibrations.
