If enabled, the fallback event will be triggered if sending a message to the i.SITE fails

These settings are used to send out messages on a defined schedule over the i.SITE, which are then meant to be sent back by one or more MS Pocsag devices to monitor correct functionality of the i.SITE transmitters.
