An event state set defines the set of response options (event states) which can be assigned to a specific event.
Every event state set can be used for multiple events.

Name

Descriptive name of the event state set. This is only visible within the admin console, not to the user of the s.GUARD applications.

Choose event state

Drop down to select previously created event states and add them to the event state set.

Event states can be removed again by clicking on the delete button.

Send notification when Episode arrives to Status “In Progress”

Defines if a notification is sent to the s.GUARD applications when a user sets the episode to "in progress". Possible options:

  • None - no notifications are sent
  • Only to activator - notification is only sent to the activator of an episode
  • To all recipients - a notification is sent to every recipient of the episode

Send notification when Episode arrives to Status “Closed”

Defines if a notification is sent to the s.GUARD applications when a user sets the episode to "closed". Possible options:

  • None - no notifications are sent
  • Only to activator - notification is only sent to the activator of an episode
  • To all recipients - a notification is sent to every recipient of the episode
