Request type

Type of the request:

  • Request - a user who is currently on duty requests a replacement
  • Proposal - a user who is currently not on duty offers himself as replacement

Requested by

User who initiated the request

Status

Current status of the request:

  • New request - request was created and is waiting for reactions
  • Accepted - a recipient of the request confirmed to accept the proposed change
  • Rejected - all recipients of the request declined
  • Cancelled - the initiating user cancelled the request
  • Expired - the request expired without being accepted by anyone

Start date

Date when the request was initiated

End date

Date when the request was closed

Target user(s)

List of one or multiple users who received the request, along with their reaction.
