In the user list, either complete users or specific user channels can be added to the group.

Add Users

To add complete users to the group:

  • Click "Add Users or User channels" button.
  • Activate the radio button next to the user name.
  • Click "Save & close"

If a complete user is added to the group, he can be notified on all available channels.

Add User Channels

To add only a subset of a user's channel to the group:

  • Click "Add Users or User channels" button.
  • Expand the user by clicking on the ">" symbol on the left of his name.
  • Activate the radio button next to each channel that shall be added to the user group
  • Click "Save & close"

If individual channels are added to the user group, only those channels can be notified.

List of selected users and channels

Name of user/channel

Name of the user if the complete user has been selected.

Combination of user name and channel name if individual channels have been selected.

Activator

If enabled, this user has permissions to activate events.

Note: even if no activator rights are assigned in the Event configuration, this group will have the rights to activate

Disarm

If enabled, the user has permission to disarm (i.e. to deactivate) an event to which the user group is assigned as recipient.

Active

If disabled, the user will not be able to activate events or receive notifications for the events that the group is assigned to.

Note: This setting can also be manipulated by the perimeter service.

Delete

Delete the user / user channel from the group.
