Breadcrumbs: Navigation > Settings > Channel Sequences
The channel sequences which are defined here can be assigned to any event.
They define the sequence in which the channels will be notified, and apply to all recipients of an event.
Once a user sends a reaction, the sequence for that specific user will stop
Example:
Notify all users first silently on the app - wait 20s - notify with sound on the app - wait 20s - notify with voice call
Name | Identifier of the channel sequence |
Initial Delay | Initial delay before the first notification is sent out |
Repetition(s) | Defines how many times the sequence shall be repeated. 0 means execute the sequence once, without repetitions. |
Add Channel | Allows to select any of the channels which are configured for the tenant |
Channel | Name of the channel |
Delay (Sec.) | Delay between previous channel and this channel |
Silent mode | If enabled, push notifications will be delivered silently (without notification sound). Note: this setting applies only to the s.GUARD mobile applications. |
Time between notifications (seconds) | Defines the delay between consecutive push notifications. Note: this setting applies only to the s.GUARD mobile applications. |
Amount of notifications per episode | Defines the maximum amount of push notifications. Note: this setting applies only to the s.GUARD mobile applications. |
