Breadcrumbs: Navigation > Settings > Activation
This menu allows to define phone numbers, which can be used to activate events via voice call.
Each activation phone number can be assigned to one or multiple events.
If a user calls an activation phone number, he has the option to select any of the events which is associated with that phone number.
Name | Filter setting: name of the activation phone number. Click "Apply" button to start the search. |
Number | Filter setting: activation phone number. Click "Apply" button to start the search. |
Settings
Name | Name of the activation phone number |
Number | Phone number in international format without spaces |
Default Language | The language to be used for the text to speech menu, in case the caller cannot be linked to a s.GUARD user. |
Welcome message | Welcome message to be read when the activation phone number is called |
Skip Event Details | If enabled, the event message will not be read. |
Use incident number (if any) | If an incident number is defined in the event settings, and this setting is enabled: The incident number will be used to activate that specific event. E.g., if the incident number of "Event A" is set to "7", the user will hear a message like "To activate Event A, please press 7". Otherwise, the key to activate will be assigned automatically by the system. |
Event message | Message to inform the user with which key he will be able to trigger which event. E.g. "To fire event ~eventName~, press ~keyNumber~. |
Use default | If enabled, the default event message is used. |
Events | List of events to which this activation phone number is assigned. |
