Text To Speech Configuration

Language

Language for which the TTS configuration is valid

Provider

Symbol which identifies the provider of the selected TTS service

Type

TTS type (basic, standard, premium)

Voice

Name of the TTS voice

Texts which are used for TTS messages

Notification text

First text to be read for TTS notifications. This text will be read before the episode message.

Text to repeat

Text which is used to inform the user how to repeat the message.

Action text

Text to give the user instructions which key to press for sending a reaction.

Activated event notification text

If usage of a security code is configured, this text is read to the user.

Reply that shows that episode is already running

Information if the system does not allow to activate an episode because there is already an active episode for this event.

Inform if attempts limit was exceeded

Message to inform the user that he entered an incorrect security code too many times.

Confirmation message that belongs to call confirm action or conference call confirm action

Success message upon confirmation.

Reject episode start message

Error message if episode could not be started due to an error condition.

Message that max attempts reached

Episode message will be read five times. After the fifth prompt, this informational text gives the information that the call will now be ended

Base message that there are no permissions

Read if the user attempts an action for which he doesn't have the appropriate rights.

Reject Confirmation because user entered wrong security code

Read if the user enters an incorrect security code

Error code that indicated that episode that user tried to deactivate has been already deactivated

Read if the user tries to confirm an already closed episode

Confirmation by Twilio was successfully

Read if confirmation was successful

Message that shows that user has pinged Watchdog by VOICE channel(without alerting if it is set)

Read if the phone call served as a trigger for a watchdog

Message that shown that user entered wrong security code while tried to confirm episode by call

Read when the user enters an incorrect security code when trying to confirm an episode

Event Call tree default text

Default text to be used when activating an event by phone call. Allows to select the event to be activated.

Call forwarding message

Read if the user is about to be forwarded.

Supported placeholders

The following placeholders are supported in the TTS messages:

Replaced with the key which shall be pressed to repeat the message

Replaced with the key used to confirm an episode

~message~

Replaced with the “message” entry from event states (see event state configuration)

~keyDone~

Replaced with the key to confirm an action

~keyCancel~

Replaced with the key to cancel an action

~eventName~

Replaced with the name of the event to be activated

~forwardCallNumber~

Replaced with the number to which a call is forwarded
