PDF documents availability for individual users or user groups within the application, following this structure:

  • Upload of individual documents
  • Combining individual documents into a document set
  • Adaptation of the structure (levels, passwords, etc.)
  • Assignment of a document set to an event / several events
  • Access authorization for users and/or user groups within the event

Add document

Name of the document. Visible for end users.

Auth Groups

Only set auth groups can edit or delete this document

Password

Password of the document to access

Settings

Notify users about changes (use carefully)

If active, users will be notified with push notification if the document set was edited

Send via attachment

If active, one single PDF document will be sent as email attachment
