Event states define the response options for the recipient of an episode notification.

Name

Name of the event state. This will be displayed to the user on the reaction button in the s.GUARD applications.

Event state

Select the type of reaction:

  • Confirm: this is counted towards the number of required confirmations to close an episode (see event settings)
  • Reject: this does not affect the number of required confirmations
  • In progress: after a user changes the episode status to "in progress", he will get the possibility to confirm or notify again
  • Notify again: this triggers the notification to be sent to all recipients again

Message

Message which is shown to the user in the confirmation step (if configured)

Double opt in

If enabled, the user needs to confirm a second time that he wants to send the reaction.
