Report configuration
User Groups | Select one or multiple user group(s) to be included in the report. Note: data for the report will only be available if an understaffing monitoring is enabled for that user group (see configuration of understaffing monitoring). |
Date from | The date value defines the start date of the report. The time value defines the start of the time span to be included on the report for each day. |
Date to | The date value defines the end date of the report. The time value defines the end of the time span to be included on the report for each day. |
Percentage | This defines the percentage of time that any user must have been active in the group during an hour to be considered "present". Example: if the percentage is set to 80, a user is considered present for a given hour if he was in the group during at least 48 minutes. |
To generate a report for the groups "First aiders campus north" and "First aiders campus south" for the week from Monday April 6, 2026 to Friday April 10, 2026 during working hours (8am - 5pm), and you consider a person to be present if he was at least in the group during 54 minutes every hour, the configuration looks like this:
- User Groups: select "First aiders campus north" and "First aiders campus south"
- Date from: 4/6/2026, 08:00 AM
- Date to: 4/10/2026, 05:00 PM
- Percentage: 90 (90% of 60 minutes -> 54 minutes)
