Breadcrumbs: Navigation > Settings > Channels

This menu allows to configure all communication channels that shall be available for the tenant. The available channels of the user configuration are adapted based on this configuration.

SMS

SMS channel

Call

Phone call, used for text to speech voice calls and conference calls

Push

Used for sending notifications to the s.GUARD mobile apps and s.GUARD desktop client

E-Mail

E-Mail channel.

If "Copy value from login" is checked, the user name is automatically copied to the E-Mail channel

Pager

Used for communication with s.QUAD C pagers.

RIC

Used for sending paging messages via the i.SITE transmitter.

If a user channel is deleted from the channels list, it will be deleted for all users. The user specific channel values cannot be recovered afterwards.
